Why the site is like this. Free Sailing was assembled out of things organisations
had already put on their own websites, rather than by asking eleven thousand of them to
fill a form in first. That is the only way a site this size exists at all, and the price
of it is that some of it is out of date on any given day. Every correction that comes in
is a part of it that stops being wrong.
